Two Pockets, One Thief
🎣 Dead Water
A scrapyard went under and nobody drained it. Fish it for as long as your nerve holds — sell what bites, salvage what's left of the machines down there, and learn to hear the difference before something ticking comes up on your line.

The Cooler
Everything you kept
MASO SALVAGE
A run lasts until you call it. Every cast pays a little less than the one before it — the shallows get picked over — but the longer you stay out, the bigger the patience bonus the cooler adds on top of whatever scrap you bring back, up to +30% — but only lines you actually bring up count towards it.
Five fish in the cooler keeps one part, so hooking a part early doesn't let you walk: you have to stay in the water to keep it.
You have to fight what you hook. Every tug is one chance to PULL — tap the button, the water, or hit space. A ring closes on the float before each tug and the button lights up green the moment a pull counts; pull as the ring lands. Land them and the fish comes up worth up to ×1.15; miss, or hammer the button between tugs, and it comes up short. Never pull at all and it throws the hook and goes back in the water.
Somewhere down there is unexploded ordnance. It hooks like anything else and the only warning is a hitch in the rhythm — a beat that runs long and lets the line go slack. Standing still does not save you from one: an unfought line still comes up, and if it ticks, it goes off.
Cut it and you lose the catch and the patience it would have earned. Reel it in and it takes one of your two pockets: the scrap or the parts, never both, and never anything a previous run already banked.
You can't haul the cooler in while something is on the line.
